Ashley
Office Manager
Ashley has been working in dentistry for over 15 years. She started out learning front office tasks and sterilization before earning her RDA and moving into dental assisting. Along the way, she discovered she truly enjoys every part of the dental field—especially getting to know patients and building lasting relationships.
Ashley found her sweet spot in the front office, where she loves helping patients understand their insurance and financial options and making the process feel easy and stress-free. When she’s not at work, you can usually find her trying out new breakfast spots or trying to keep her 2 year old entertained!
Michelle
Hygiene Coordinator
Michelle was born and raised in Texas and has been in the dental field for three years. She enjoys working in the front office, where she helps keep things running smoothly and assists patients with their needs. Outside of the office, Michelle loves binge-watching her favorite shows and spending quality time with her family and her 4-year-old son.
Samantha
Treatment Coordinator
Samantha (Sam) was born in Miami but after spending the past 20 years living in North Dallas, she considers herself a Dallas native. Sam practiced dental assisting for 8 years before she transitioned to front desk administration with the Addison Dental Group. Sam finds passion in helping others comprehending their dental needs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, husband, and going to the movies.
Peneka
Treatment Coordinator
After taking some time away from dentistry, Peneka has felt the desire to come back and found her home here at the Addison Dental Group. In her spare time, she enjoys singing with her husband on their record label and working on their catering business. Jeremiah 29:11
Bailie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Although Bailie was born and raised in East Texas, she considers Dallas to be her home-away-from-home. After graduating with a Bachelors in Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University, she furthered her education through Collin College pursuing a career in Dental Hygiene. She offers over 10 years of dental experience and enjoys educating patients on the importance of oral health and its impact on the whole body. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.
Kelly
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kelly is a Dallas native and began her career in dentistry in 2007. Her goal is to provide patients with a relaxed and gentle hygiene appointment. She believes in staying up to date on research and continuing education to align with current expectations and best dental hygiene practices. When she is not advocating for oral health, Kelly enjoys spending quality time with her husband and kids.
Eli
Registered Dental Hygienist
Eli is a Dallas native and has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2014. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from what was formerly known as Texas A & M University Baylor College of Dentistry. Eli does her best to give every patient an informative, comfortable, and fun dental experience. Outside of the office, Eli has an extreme passion for travel, always onto the next hiking adventure, and calls herself a certified foodie.
Ceci
Registered Dental Hygienist
Ceci was born and raised in Dallas. She became a dental assistant in 2014, then continued her studies and graduated with her Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2017. With many years of experience, Ceci likes caring for her patients and helping them improve their oral health. In her free time, you can catch her trying new restaurants and coffee shops , attending concerts, reading, traveling, and going out with friends. She also loves soaking up quality time with her son and goldendoodle.
Reshma
Registered Dental Hygienist
Reshma is a licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about providing patients with the highest standard of preventive oral care. She is dedicated to educating patients on best practices for maintaining optimal oral health and strives to create a positive, collaborative environment for both patients and fellow dental professionals. Reshma earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Collin College and is committed to continued education and learning to ensure she delivers the most up-to-date and effective care possible. Outside of the office, Reshma enjoys spending time with her family, watching TV, or reading books.
Monica
Registered Dental Assistant
Monica brings over 20 years of experience to Addison Dental Group and recently celebrated 7 years with our practice. As a dental assistant, building strong and trusting relationships with patients is very important to her. Outside of the office, Monica loves spending time with her husband and sons. In her free time, she enjoys music, cooking, and making memories with family and friends.
Giselle
Registered Dental Assistant
Giselle is a Dallas native, born and raised. Currently, Giselle works as a dental assistant and attends college courses while working towards her Bachelor's in Dental Hygiene. Giselle enjoys working with patients and is glad to be able to assist their needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and trying new restaurants.
Eric
Registered Dental Assistant
Eric is a Dallas native who brings 5 years of experience to our team. He takes great pride in his role as a dental assistant and is passionate about serving his community while providing excellent care to our patients. Outside of the office, Eric enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with family, and traveling with his church to participate in mission work.
Cindy
Registered Dental Assistant
Cindy brings several years of experience to our office and truly enjoys helping patients achieve healthy smiles. She has also shared her knowledge and passion for dentistry as an instructor in dental assisting programs, helping guide future dental professionals. In her free time, she can be found cheering on the New York Giants.
